We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Leading Hand Carpenter to join our team. As a Leading Hand Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of talented Carpenters, ensuring projects are completed to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mostly on the tool works

- Lead and supervise a team of Carpenters, providing guidance and support

- Coordinate and schedule daily tasks, ensuring efficient workflow

- Monitor and maintain quality control throughout the construction process

- Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and budget requirements

- Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure a safe working environment

- Provide training and mentorship to junior Carpenters

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a strong understanding of carpentry techniques

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Construction White Card (or equivalent)
